Bicycles.
Bicycles frame building was the first avenue of exploration in Shed Six’s bespoke metalwork journey. After serving an apprenticeship at Bob Jackson Cycles in Leeds in 2011, things started happening in the Shed from 2012. The focus was on one off, custom steel frames, bronze welded and silver soldered together, tailored to suit the riders every wants and needs. From world traveling hard tail 29ers to commuting racers to slow town cruisers. All executed with thought and care.
I haven’t made frames for a few years, since selling tools to go to university. But it’s something i’d very much like to get back into if you’re interested? I’m also very happy and keen to make racks and other bespoke accessories.
